Montana Ethics CPE

Montana CPAs are required to complete 2 hours of ethics CPE for every CPE reporting period. Course #4505, Ethics and Professional Conduct for Montana CPAs, fulfills the Montana ethics CPE requirement. The course covers the Code of Professional Conduct, various ethical pronouncements and rulings and the professional conduct rules specific to Montana. The 2-hour ethics course is part of the 120 hours of continuing education the Montana State Board of Public Accountants requires CPA’s in this state to complete every 3 years. Montana CPAs must complete their CPE by June 30th of their renewal year.
