Course #4825, Ethics and Professional Conduct for North Carolina CPAs, fulfills the <a href="https://www.mypescpe.com/open/cpe/Ethics-and-Professional-Conduct-for-North-Carolina-CPAs-2009-Edition.cmc?&amp;view=11G">North Carolina ethics CPE</a><a href="https://www.mypescpe.com/open/cpe/Ethics-and-Professional-Conduct-for-Delaware-CPAs.cmc?&amp;view=11G"> </a>requirement. The course covers the Code of Professional Conduct, as well as various ethical pronouncements and rulings and discusses issues related to those CPAs working in industry. The 2-hour ethics course is part of the 40 hours of continuing education the North Carolina State Board of CPA Examiners requires CPA&#8217;s in this state to complete annually.
